Trust and Obey

You never said it wouldn't hurt.
You told me to follow.
You told me to trust.
But you never promised there would be no pain.

But You promise to stay; to endure.
You never let go before, and You won't let go now.
You said that I have to let go.
You said I can endure, with Your help.

You promised me a future, and a hope.
